Jeremy joined the firm in 2008 and is a Chartered Financial Planner. Jeremy has also been awarded Fellowship by the Personal Finance Society. Jeremy specialises in Investments, pre and post-retirement planning, trusts, and IHT planning. Jeremy has almost 30 years of experience in providing financial advice.
Jeremy has recently passed the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Pension Update Programme examination. The CII Pensions Update Programme allows financial planners to keep up to speed with the new pension freedoms.
Jeremy previously worked in wealth management, as a Private Banking Manager with RBS, looking after high net worth clients in South West England and Wales.

Tomos Northey

Tom joined the firm full-time in October 2022 as a Paraplanner after previously working for Financial Solutions Wales during his time at Swansea University. Tom holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and a Masters’ Degree in Strategic Accounting.
Tom works closely with Jeremy Phelps to help clients achieve their planning goals.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing golf and is a member of the Gower Golf Club. Tom also plays rugby for Gowerton RFC and enjoys watching football.

Bailey Jones

Paraplanner
Bailey joined the firm in February 2024 after graduating from Swansea University with a first-class business degree and is working towards obtaining a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors by taking his dog for walks and is a hobbyist nature photographer. Bailey also enjoys mountain biking at different tracks and trails around Wales.
